Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I'd like to reintroduce myself to you. My name is Amanda, and I am a craftohalic. I am addicted (obsessed?!?) with designing my crafts, and bringing my ideas to life. I love creating a vast variety of uniquely eclectic and beautiful crafts.
I've recently taught myself to knit, and have made all sorts of cute scarves and headbands. I have two or three different knitting projects around at one time, travelling between them when I feel drawn to it's particular colour scheme.
I have also recently fallen in love all over again, with my old pal Spray Paint. Him & I, we've had some fun together, with a lot more in store. We've painted some glass jars, and last night we painted a hulu hoop!

So here I am finally getting back to this blog I started so long ago. In fact, it was 584 days ago.Or if you prefer, 83 weeks and 3 days.
A bit past 14 000 hours.....
841 000 minutes.....
50 560 000 seconds, give or take a few :)
.......yes, I know I'm kinda crazy, I don't try to fix it, I just go with it...It's more exciting that way!!!
So it sounds like I have all the time in the world to do all of these crafty things, having a "crafternoon" whenever I want.
Oh no my friend, that is far from my life.
The year and a half since my last post, has been a whirlwind of crazy. Three months after the last post, I had a beautiful baby boy named Carter. In the almost 17 months since we've had him, he has completely changed our whole lives.
The time between then and now, hasn't always been easy. We've had our struggles, our setbacks, but we always come out on top, stronger and closer than before.
In the grand scheme of things, the difference between the difficult times, and the amazing times, is quite significant. The good times absolutely outweigh the difficult times.
With love, respect, honour and compassion, we are a family united.
I am so excited to be taking a second go at this blog writing stuff. I really do enjoy it, and it is a great way for me to capture my thoughts, feelings, and ideas, to look back on in the future.
I am committed to posting at least once a week, but I have a good feeling it will be more than that. :)
I already have all the photos from my latest baking experiment (HINT:Nutella!!!), that step by step post will be up soon!
Also working a chandelier, watch out for that one as well!!
I will be writing about anything exciting I have going on.
